Pan de brioche
1 litro de leche de oveja de Postres Ultzama
250 g de azúcar
1 cáscara de limón
1 palo de canela
Canela molida
Helado de cuajada de Postres Ultzama
Para el rebozado
Aceite
3 huevos
Para acompañar
Unas bolas de helado de queso de Postres Ultzama
Cortar las rebanadas de pan con un grosor de unos 2 cm cada una.
Calentar la leche con el azúcar, el palo de canela y la cáscara de limón.
En esta mezcla, mojar el pan por ambas caras y después pasar por huevo batido.
Freír en aceite muy caliente.
Espolvorear con azúcar y canela molida.
Acompañar con el helado al gusto.
