INGREDIENTES (para 4 personas)
500 ml de Helado de Cuajada al Kizkilurrin
2 litros de nuestra leche de oveja Natural
36-40 gotas de coagulante microbiano
Barquillos y canela
Calentamos la leche y ponemos las gotas de coagulante microbiano en un bol.
Añadimos la leche caliente al bol y la dejamos enfriar.
Rompemos la cuajada fría con una varilla, añadimos el helado y mezclamos.
Servimos el sorbete en copas de cristal, añadimos la canela y decoramos con los barquillos.
