Esnea prestatu gatzatze puntuan, 55 graduko tenperaturan.
Gomendagarria da esnean sartzen ahal den termometroa erabiltzea.
Esnea ontzira bota gatzagiarekin batera, eta pausatzen utzi gatzatu arte (10 minutu) ontzia mugitu gabe. Hozkailuan gorde kontsumitzeko unera arte.
Gaztanbera film edo aluminio batekin estali, beste produktu batzuen zaporeak har ez ditzan.
